Privacy policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026. ReportLoop is operated by Allen Chen ("we"). This policy explains what the ReportLoop add-on for Google Sheets™ does with your data.

What the add-on accesses

ReportLoop asks for permission to read the spreadsheets where you use it, to create time-based triggers, to send email on your behalf, and to connect to external services. It uses these permissions only to do what you configure: read the sheet or range you chose, render it, and deliver it to the destinations you entered.

What we store

• Your report schedules are stored as properties inside the spreadsheet itself, using Google's Apps Script property storage. They never leave your Google account.
• If you activate a Pro license, the license key and its validation status are stored in your Google user properties for this add-on.
• We operate no servers and no database. We do not receive, log or retain the contents of your spreadsheets, your recipients, or your webhook URLs.

Third parties

• Google. The add-on runs on Google Apps Script and uses Google's export endpoint to create PDFs, all inside your Google account.
• Destinations you choose. When a report runs, its content is sent to the email addresses or Discord, Slack or Microsoft Teams webhooks you entered. Those services' policies govern that data once delivered.
• Creem. Pro licenses are sold and validated by Creem, our merchant of record. When you activate a key, the key and a random instance name are sent to Creem for validation. Creem's privacy policy applies to purchases.

Google API Services User Data Policy

ReportLoop's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent for support, for security, or as required by law.

Your choices

Delete any report from the sidebar to remove its stored schedule. Uninstalling the add-on stops all triggers. Removing a license key deletes it from your user properties. For any request, email support@justdontprocrastinate.com.
