The service
ReportLoop is an add-on for Google Sheets™ that sends spreadsheet content to destinations you configure. The free plan and the paid Pro plan are described on the home page. We may change features or pricing; paid licenses keep the features they were sold with until they expire.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for what you send and to whom. Only send data you are allowed to share, to recipients who agreed to receive it.
- Keep your webhook URLs private. Anyone with a webhook URL can post to that channel.
- Do not use the service to send spam or to violate Google's, Discord's, Slack's or Microsoft's terms.
Pro licenses
Pro is sold as a yearly license through Creem, our merchant of record, which handles payment, taxes, invoices and refunds. A license may be activated on a reasonable number of your own Google accounts. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are honored when the add-on did not work as described.
Availability and limits
The add-on runs on Google's infrastructure and is subject to Google's quotas, including daily email limits and script run-time limits. Scheduled reports run within the hour you chose but not at an exact minute. We do not guarantee delivery and are not liable for missed or delayed reports.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend licenses used in violation of these terms.
